Sable Offshore applies for waiver to reopen 2015 Refugio Beach oil spill pipeline

The OSFM is currently deliberating on granting a waiver to Sable Offshore that would fast-track permission to reopen the same pipeline that caused the 2015 Refugio Beach oil spill.

IVCSD rolls out new fees for community spaces reservations
