Gaucho Graphics hosts ‘Spring Fundraiser’

Gaucho Graphics is hosting a “Spring Fundraiser” on Thursday, May 7, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Lot 22 Lawn D.

“For 2025-2026, Gaucho Graphics is hosting a spring fundraiser selling merchandise designed by our club members, including art magazines, stickers, sticker sheets, prints, and charms! We will be donating the proceeds to the Dahnoun Mutual Aid, an organization focused on supporting families in Gaza,” the Shoreline description read.

TSC hosts ‘Coffee & Community’

The Transfer Student Center (TSC) is hosting “Coffee & Community” on Thursday, May 7, from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at Kerr Hall 1120.

“Coffee & Community is a weekly event to bring together first-generation & transfer students to build community over coffee and snacks!” the Shoreline description read.

RCSGD hosts ‘Rainbow Recharge!’

The Resource Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity (RCSGD) is hosting “Rainbow Recharge!” on Thursday, May 7, from 2-3 p.m. at the RCSGD lounge.

“Drop in to meet with RCSGD’s Assistant Director of Student Support & Advocacy! Restore yourself with some delicious snacks, relaxation skills, and a calming study space open to all students!” the Shoreline description read.

IHC hosts screening of ‘The Bride!’

The Interdisciplinary Humanities Center (IHC) is hosting a screening of the film “The Bride!” on Thursday, May 7, from 8-10 p.m. at Isla Vista Theater.

“’In 1930s Chicago, Frankenstein asks Dr. Euphronius to help create a companion. They give life to a murdered woman as the Bride, sparking romance, police interest, and radical social change,” the Shoreline description read.

The screening is free for students and $6 for community members.

RCSGD hosts ‘Black QTea Party’

RCSGD, in collaboration with the Office of Black Student Development and Black Quare, is hosting a “Black QTea Party” on Friday, May 8, from 12-2 p.m. at the Mosher Alumni House.

This brunch style tea party will give our Black Queer and Trans students and friends a chance to rejuvenate, come together with community, and have some great food surrounded by scenic views. All are welcome to join us in uplifting Black QT community, identities, and experiences,” the Shoreline description read.

Free food will be provided for attendees.

IHC hosts screening of ‘The Rocky Horror Picture Show’

IHC is hosting a screening of “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” on Friday, May 8, from 9-11:00 p.m. at Isla Vista Theater.

“Part sci-fi parody, part horror tribute, part community ritual, a movie on the edge of sanity,” the Shoreline description read.

The screening is $8 for students.

San Miguel Hall hosts ‘Destress with Therapy Dogs and Bunny!’

San Miguel Hall is hosting “Destress with Therapy Dogs and Bunny!” on Saturday, May 9, from 12-2 p.m. at the San Miguel Lawn.

“RA Victoria, RA Chloe, and Community Service Chair Cami invite you to join us to destress from midterms, eat some delightful picnic treats, and pet some therapy animals! We will have two therapy dogs and a therapy bunny!” the Shoreline description read.

Food will be provided for attendees.
