Every year when Valentine’s day finally arrives, the question flooding girl group chats is “What should I get my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day?” It’s a challenge to find the perfect gift for a man who has everything he could ever need — YOU! While men have it super easy shopping for girls (they can purchase makeup or dresses or skirts), women struggle to find a gift that their boyfriend will love. If you’re looking for a gift that will CHANGE your man’s life, continue reading and take some notes! If you’re a man, stop reading now! Don’t spoil your Valentine’s Day!

  1. DEODORANT

Deodorant is an especially hot gift this year and should be every year! After spending a few weeks on UC Santa Barbara’s campus, I’m thinking we should be giving this little guy out for free! Packed in Campbell Hall like sardines, us ladies are assaulted by your manly musk. It’s also cold outside — how do so many of you stink?

2. BODY WASH

Paired with deodorant, the two are a lethal combo! Deodorant alone does not get the job done, and the whole body needs tender loving care. A little warm water and soap has never killed someone, but BO might! This is a biking community, and if they’re not scrubbing where the moon meets the sea, they need to turn around and get back in the shower!

  1. TOOTHPASTE

If they are yellow, do NOT stay mellow! Toothpaste is something I take pride in owning, and I’m sure your man would love it too! The best toothpaste would be the mint flavor, but I’m sure you ladies know that. Reassure your man that it’s not spicy and that it’s necessary for the safety of those within a three-foot distance of them!

4. SHAMPOO

Washing your hair is so important. Not just because it keeps hair healthy and looking good but because you need to run your hands through your hair while you still have it. A lot of your boyfriends are taking advantage of what they have now and don’t realize how fast it will all go away. A lot of YOU don’t realize how soon that is, and you should get ready mentally.

5. CONDITIONER

Your man may be shocked to see this item because I’m sure he thinks it’s normally an addition to shampoo, making a two-in-one. Hopefully he doesn’t recognize it from a three-in-one because that’s really beginning to push it! Let’s get his fleeting hair feeling silky smooth with a conditioner to match his shampoo.

6. FACE WASH

A good face cleansing routine goes a long way! Instead of using a harsh three-in-one on his face to only create a bigger mess than just being below average in looks. Brands like CeraVe or La Roche Posay are easy to find, and you can get your boyfriend to remember because it sounds like you’re saying p …

7. A PUPPY

Who wouldn’t love a puppy?!

Ladies, if you really need to shake up your man’s life, feel free to take any of these ideas and pass it off as your own. These gifts will make your boyfriend feel good because he knows he has someone looking out for him and knowing what he needs; and the rest of us would greatly appreciate one of these items be adopted into more men’s lives.

The Mayor of Poundtown says no one wants a jar of 50 notes to open when there are hygiene items lining the shelves of the local CVS instead.
