June 2: Santa Barbara jail (8:23 a.m.)

One Immigration and Customs Enforcement (I.C.E.) vehicle was reported in the jail’s parking lot. No detainments were confirmed. 

805 UndocuFund also reported I.C.E presence at the Santa Barbara Crisis and Recovery Emergency Services (C.A.R.E.S.) South office, although the specific time of the sighting was omitted. The sightings were near an election office and a ballot box during the California gubernatorial primary.

June 4: Santa Barbara Veterans Affairs Clinic (7:04 a.m.)

Two unmarked I.C.E. vehicles were reported in the Veterans Affairs Clinic parking lot. No detainments were confirmed.

June 4: Santa Barbara jail (7:41 a.m.)

One unmarked I.C.E. vehicle was reported in the jail’s parking lot. No detainments were confirmed.

June 21: Hutash Street (6:05 a.m.)

I.C.E. presence was reported on Hutash Street as well as in West and East Santa Barbara. No detainments were confirmed.
