A business on the 900 block of Embarcadero Del Mar was robbed late Wednesday afternoon, according to Raquel Zick, Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson.
The suspect, described as a Hispanic male in his late 20s or early 30s wearing a hooded sweatshirt and jeans, was armed and took an “undisclosed” amount of money. He was last seen running toward Del Playa Drive.
The press release did not state the name of the business, but a Nexus reporter on the scene confirmed that the restaurant was Buddha Bowls.
