MTD To Regulate Resources

The Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District and Teamster Union Local 186 are meeting today to discuss changes in union healthcare benefits.
The MTD is seeking alterations due to a decline in sales tax revenue. Possible changes include increasing the eligibility age for full retirement benefits from 62 to 65 years.
