Miramar Decision Is Environmentally Unsound

Congratulations to Santa Barbara on approval of the new $300 million dollar Miramar Resort complex, which will hang out over the narrow, sandy Miramar Beach and be permanently protected by a ghastly boardwalk bulkhead seawall.
