I recently read some poll results – either that or I’m making it up – that said most Americans, if they could take one thing with them to a desert island, would bring the Internet. Back in the good old days, living on a desert island would have sucked no matter what you brought with you. Nowadays, a lot of people I know might as well live on a desert island, considering the amount of time they spend online, so… why not?
