Finishing its fall season, the UCSB men’s tennis team returned home from Los Angeles after competing in the Southern California Intercollegiate Tournament this weekend. With two teams qualifying for the main draw, the Gauchos’ extra doubles practice really showed.

“We got some good matches in; our singles play was good,” freshman Anders Dalskov said. “But our doubles play was amazing.”

Despite not doing as well as anticipated in the individual matches, Santa Barbara ends this season with determination and motivation for spring.

“This was a very strong tournament, but we didn’t do as well as we wanted to in singles, and that was a little disappointing,”
