Associated Students Finance Board allocated its entire remaining Fall Quarter budget to three student groups Monday afternoon, leaving the organization broke until winter.

Board members gave almost equal shares of the $282.62 remaining in their budget to El Congreso, Delta Sigma Theta sorority and the Black Graduation Committee. The Isla Vista Recreation and Park District (IVRPD), which is working in conjunction with A.S. and the Office of Student Life, was the only group denied funds for its upcoming D
