Simply put, Student Health Service doesn’t deserve an additional $7 quarterly fee, just like they don’t deserve the word “health” in their title. Students would be wiser to seek out local doctors for their medical queries, while those that find Student Health acceptable can suffer with higher per-visit fees themselves.
