As you’ve probably noticed, A.S. election signs are going up this week. Perhaps you’ve seen them posted into the ground or perhaps you had to duck as the 30 mph winds uprooted one and launched it at your head.

I prefer the Nexus to large, awkward campaign posters. It’s light and generally harmless in a strong breeze.

At any rate, it’s time for the annual weathercampaign. Write in ‘Weatherhuman’ for A.S. president in this year’s electi – er, popularity contest.

Monday’s forecast: If elected, I promise to stop the wind.
