With the announcement that the rest of winter quarter and all of spring quarter would be online, and Santa Barbara County’s recommendation that restaurants switch to take-out or delivery to reduce the spread of coronavirus, many businesses in Isla Vista have reduced their hours, shifted to takeout or delivery only or temporarily closed down altogether.

This information is based on what employees at each business said as of April 20, around 2 p.m.
