Creamy Mushroom Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of sliced white mushrooms
- 32 ounces of chicken broth
- 12 ounces of dried spaghetti
- ½ cup of half and half
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt and pepper
Directions:
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil, garlic and mushrooms on high heat until cooked.
- Stir in the chicken broth and half-and-half.
- Leave the mixture to boil on high heat.
- Once boiling, add the pasta and cook until the sauce thickens and there is no excess liquid.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve!
