Storke Tower Misses A Beat

For the past several days, the token chime of Storke Tower has been missing one resounding note causing those who notice it both pause and a sense of confusion. No immediate action has been taken to fix the discrepancy which has persisted each hour as the bells have indicated the time. The missing tone can be heard during the short sing-song tune that proceeds the repeating hour chime.

Probably a sync is needed but if you need close up pictures of the bell which I took with my Canon EOS Rebel T3i if you are intereseted in choosing a few.
The song precedes the bell, as it comes before the hour-tone, not after.
