Does anyone have an opinion on the best housing company in IV? I know that many people like private landlords as opposed to a larger company..
Unless you live like a nun, don’t rent in the part of IV furthest from campus. The old people complain about everything and cops come even during the day. The houses are nicer, but it’s not worth it and wrecks your year when you can’t have fun.
