Campus Advocacy, Resources & Education is hosting “Seeds for Healthy Relationships” on Thursday, Feb. 12, from 1-2 p.m. at the Student Resource Building (SRB) Multipurpose Room (MPR).
“Join us for a hands-on, interactive workshop focused on healthy relationships, communication, boundaries, consent, respect, and care. Through guided discussion, participants will reflect on how these dynamics show up in their own lives and explore how individuals and communities can prevent harm through bystander intervention,” the Shoreline description reads.
Costco pizza and refreshments will be provided for attendees.

The Interdisciplinary Humanities Center (IHC) is hosting two free screenings of “Wicked: For Good” on Thursday, Feb. 12, at 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. at Isla Vista Theater.

UCSB Library hosts ‘Douglass Day Birthday Party and Transcribe-a-Thon’
The UCSB Library is hosting “Douglass Day Birthday Party and Transcribe-a-Thon” on Friday, Feb. 13, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the MultiCultural Center.
“Celebrate Douglass Day and Black History Month by participating in a national transcribe-a-thon. You’ll learn how to bring 19th century Black history to life by transforming digitized documents from the Colored Conventions Project into legible text. This groundbreaking archive documents how nineteenth-century African Americans organized around critical issues such as voting rights, citizenship, education, labor, racial equality, and more,” the Shoreline description reads.
No previous transcription experience is required, and it is recommended that students bring a laptop to participate in the transcribe-a-thon.
RCSGD hosts ‘Sexual Responsibility Fair’
The Resource Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity (RCSGD) is hosting a “Sexual Responsibility Fair” on Friday, Feb. 13, from 1-4 p.m. outside of Embarcadero Hall.
