On Saturday, UC Santa Barbara students flocked to the Thunderdome for the university’s annual Halloween concert: Delirium. While the neighboring Isla Vista remained mostly quiet, artists Mustard, Kenny Beats and Leikeli47 all performed for the crowd during a four-hour set.
