Somebody told me… student tickets for the Killers’ April 6 show at the Events Center are going on sale today at 10 a.m. – a day earlier and about eight bucks cheaper than the cost of general admission.

Associated Students Program Board will be selling 1,800 student tickets for the event until 4 p.m. today at the A.S. Ticket Office, located near Corwin Pavilion. Tickets for the Las Vegas, Nev., rock band’s show will be sold for $31 each with a valid student ID.

General admission tickets will go on sale tomorrow at 10 a.m. at all TicketMaster outlets – including the Arlington Theatre box office on State Street – and at the TicketMaster website. Presale tickets for non-students will be sold for $39.50, or for $40 at the door.
