California’s public K-12 system is currently ranked near the bottom in the United States and it needs all the money it can get. Too many classrooms are overcrowded and teachers are taking care of more students than they can handle. Providing improved facilities is a step in the right direction and will ensure the state is able to meet the needs of future generations.
