Good Grub

When Columbus sailed in the 1400’s (and yes, I know he didn’t discover shit…), he and his crew took to eating meals at night around halfway through the voyage.

They did this so they wouldn’t have to see the worms in their food – which had long since begun to rot.

That’s what I like about history. It gives you a new appreciation for a power outage in the dining commons.
