The Hot Zone
There has been a green wall surrounding the San Rafael dorm for the entire quarter. No one seems to know why. I do have a few theories, though.
1) The Tower residents voted early on to secede from the Union and become a Socialist Republic.
2) The university has finally acknowledged how truly ugly some of the landscaping was.
3) Rats driven into the building by the Manzanita Village construction project were carrying a Level IV biohazard.
Wednesday’s forecast: Please. Let them out.
