Editor, Daily Nexus,

I am writing in response to your caption under the George Clinton picture. Once again, you misrepresent and demean one of A.S. Program Board’s shows and undermine the people who put on these generous events. Associated Students Program Board is a student-run and student-funded organization that dedicates its time and commitment to providing entertainment to the student body.

You stated that there were only 400 people in attendance at the George Clinton show. However, if you had checked with the ticket coordinator from the Board – me – you would have found out that the actual count was over 1,200 people. This is a very big difference, and it shows your desire to fictionalize the current events for whatever purpose you may deem fit. It is sad that this was not even an article, but a simple fact that you needed to get. Next time take the extra five seconds to get it right! If you want to consider yourself a competent newspaper, please try to act like one.
