Let the same-sex lovin’ abound today with the Gay Pride & Awareness Festival downtown at “Plaza Gay La Guerra!” Show your support and catch Antara and Delilah perform their Dixie Chick style folk/rock at 11 a.m. during the fest. Do you like movies? Of course you do. And music? Thought so. So go check out Philip Glass tonight as he and his ensemble provide live musical accompaniment for six short silent films at the beautiful Arlington Theater downtown. A meet-the-artist discussion starts at 7:00, with the actual event starting at 8:00. Tickets are $20 for UCSB students and are available through Arts and Lectures.
