The students of Westmont College would like to express our heartfelt sorrow at the tragedy that took place in I.V. You have not only been in our minds, but also in our prayers. This is a difficult tragedy for your campus to experience. We will be upholding you in prayer. We believe that God has a purpose in everything, whether joyful or sorrowful, and teaches us through every circumstance. While terrible, we hope that we will all be able to learn from this tragedy as well.
