Every year, UCSB Indus hosts the South Asian Festival of Colors, commonly known as Holi. This ancient Hindu religious festival is celebrated all throughout the world. UCSB Indus hosts this festival at the beach by the Anacapa and Santa Cruz dorms, as thousands of students dance and throw colored powder everywhere.
