Case of the Missing Keys ***

The Black Keys will always suffer from comparisons to the White Stripes. Like the band’s Midwestern garage-rock duo counterparts also named after a color and a noun, the Black Keys has spent its time in the dingy but powerful ghetto of pretty much hitless electric minimalist blues. I

Hello Goodbye

OK, so you know that thing you do when you pass someone on the way to class? Like, someone you don’t really know on a first-name basis but have met a couple times before? Breaking Up Before Holidays

Shit! In four days it’ll be our two-year anniversary together and you’re going to expect a nice gift from me. I’m going to have to stop everything else in my life and focus on you. Or focus on us, anyway. I’d be fine with this except for one little problem. I don’t fucking like you […]

SB Shoots Out National Rivals

The 35th Annual Santa Barbara Shootout ended last Sunday. Though some of the games were moved out of Harder Stadium to Rob Field to accommodate for rain that never came, the Gauchos did play all five of their games and came out of the tournament with a record of 3-2, and are now 5-2 overall.
