The initial excitement of travel is fading away for the exchange students in Adelaide. School has been in session for several weeks now and everyone has settled into routine.
While some Gauchos were sunbathing near the California coastline this spring break, about 35 UCSB students were thousands of miles away, traveling from Santa Barbara to New Orleans to help with Hurricane Katrina relief.
Hampered by injuries for much of the 2007 campaign, the UCSB men’s tennis team enters the final stretch of the season with a renewed sense of optimism as key players return to action.
