UCSB Hillel is holding its third annual Valentine’s Day event, the Kosher Love Luau, tonight at 7:30 at the Hillel building in Isla Vista. The event will feature singles-night dating games, a mock “Dismissed” video and a date auction.
Johnny Marr was in The Smiths, or, more accurately, that well-dressed band from the ’80s fronted by Morrissey. Although never in the limelight after The Smiths dissolved, Marr has played an active role in many groundbreaking British bands such as Electronic and The Thef.
