Proposition 50 will generate $3.44 billion through bonds for a variety of water projects, ranging from water quality programs to coastal restoration.

Propostion 51: Transporation. Distrubution of Exisiting Motor Vehicle Sales and Use Tax. Initiative Statute

Proposition 51 sets aside 30 percent of the sales tax on new and used motor vehicles for improvements to roads, newer school buses, traffic congestion relief, better public transit and other traffic- and transit-related projects.

Propostion 52: Election Day Voter Registration. Voter Fraud Penalties. Initiative Statute

Proposition 52 would allow voters to register to vote on Election Day, the only day that it is almost impossible to forget about registering.

Annual Festival Raises Spirits
