Goleta Discusses Moratorium Extension
The Goleta City Council is debating whether or not to extend the current building moratorium in the new city to curb coastal development. The council voted to schedule a public hearing on May 6 to address the possibility of extending the 45-day coastal zone moratorium.

Dance Group To Perform for Cinco de Mayo

New Policies in Isla Vista Include Parental Notification Program
The Parental Notification Program, which will go into effect Fall Quarter 2002, will send the parents of UCSB students arrested for alcohol or drug-related offenses a letter to notify them of the arrest.
