It’s the weekend before Thanksgiving, a time for peace, unity and big-ass term papers. At one time or another, everyone has written a three-page term paper that needed to be a five-page term paper or vice-versa. So it’s time for a few fun facts:

1) There is no visible difference between 11.5-12.5 point fonts or between 1.7- 2.3, and double line spacing.

2) If your paper is left-justified, the right margin can be adjusted by almost a full quarter inch.

3) Your word processor has an option called character spacing that adjusts the space between the letters in your paper.

Friday’s forecast: It’s a holiday. They deserve it.
