Smoothies are some of the most refreshing and nutritious options to enjoy during the hot, summer days. One of my favorite things about making smoothies is the abundant freedom in deciding what goes in them. Whether you’re looking for a satiating meal, a post-workout drink or even a midnight snack, they can be the perfect option. Here are three delicious and easy-to-make smoothies you can enjoy this summer.
