Trump isn’t exactly known for being the model of perfect health. Looking to cut the school lunches and nutrition programs that former First Lady Michelle Obama so ardently promoted, it seems Trump prefers to indulge in dining out.

Trump’s favorite foods reflect his less-than-ideal dietary lifestyle. To combat these calorie-heavy meals, here are some healthier and arguably better alternatives.

Baked Macaroni and Cheese

One of Trump’s most memorable dinners involved a side of deep-fried macaroni and cheese. There’s no need to fry your food for comfort; instead, try out this baked macaroni and cheese that is sure to be just as good, with half the calories.

1 cup macaroni
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsps. butter
3 tbsps. flour
2 cups whole milk
1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese

Preheat oven to 350° F. Cook pasta in a pot of water over medium high heat according to the package’s directions. Strain and pour pasta into a buttered baking pan.
In a separate pan melt butter over medium heat and stir in flour for about a minute. Pour in milk and stir, adding the Monterey Jack cheese once the sauce has thickened and salting to taste.
Stir the sauce gently into the pasta, cover the baking pan with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes before removing from oven to cool.

Baked Chicken Tenders

An avid fan of KFC chicken, Trump proves he is at least marginally human. Shown to enjoy a bucket of their famous fried chicken all to himself, there is no doubt as to where his tastes lie. While delicious, KFC isn’t the healthiest of options, so try out some oven baked chicken tenders for a familiar taste that won’t have you worrying over your waistband.

2 eggs, slightly beaten
⅓ cup all-purpose flour
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. chicken tenders

Preheat oven to 400° F. Stir together flour and a dash of salt in a shallow dish.
In another dish, beat eggs lightly in a shallow dish and set aside.
In a third dish, stir together the breadcrumbs, cayenne pepper and garlic powder.
Dip the chicken strips into the flour before covering in egg. Then thoroughly coat the chicken tenders in the breadcrumb mixture and arrange on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
Bake for 20 or so minutes in the oven until the chicken is cooked through.

Margarita Flatbread Pizza

Trump is also known to enjoy pizza — or, rather, a backwards version of it. Using a fork, like the psychopath he is, Trump scrapes off the entire top of the pizza, leaving behind a sad pathetic crust in what he deems an effort to eat healthier. Here’s pizza others will actually enjoy.

1 flatbread
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, sliced into ½
inch pieces
½ tomato, very thinly sliced
5-6 fresh basil leaves
2 garlic cloves, diced
1 tbsp. olive oil

Preheat oven to 350° F. Mix together garlic and olive oil and spread on the flatbread.
Place slices of cheese and tomato on top of the flatbread before sprinkling with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake flatbread in oven for five minutes and then broil for two minutes. Once the flatbread is baked and golden, sprinkle with basil leaves. Slice to serve.
