The spirits were high and the costumes were ghoulish this weekend in Isla Vista. Halloweekend 2017 brought with it spooky decorations in local businesses and homes, a visit from UC Santa Barbara Chancellor Henry T. Yang and a dance-filled DJ set at the Thunderdome.
