Finally making his way up to Santa Barbara, neo-soul, pop-influenced singer Khalid performed his long-awaited set in the Hub this past Saturday. As iPhone-clad hands went up to wave along to the songs and film Snapchat stories, excitement radiated from the stage to the crowd. It is safe to say that the native Texan was well received on the shores of UCSB and will be remembered as one of the most anticipated shows in recent Program Board history.
