Joe Lee, former UCSB Associated Students on-campus representative, will make his second court appearance today after pleading no contest to several charges during his May 18 preliminary hearings.

Lee resigned from his elected position as representative-at-large in May, following five days of incarceration at the Santa Barbara County Jail for his connection with a stolen laptop. Lee
plead no contest to charges of grand theft, felony burglary, unauthorized altering of a computer data system and receiving stolen property.
