The Intercollegiate Athletic building is the new home of Associate Athletic Director Andy Fee, who brings eight years of experience from the University of San Diego.

“Andy is extremely important to our strategic plans to build UCSB athletics into a national program,” UCSB’s Director of Athletics Mark Massari said in a press release. “His work with our campus partners … is essential to that purpose.”

In the position, Fee will act as a senior administrator in the UCSB Walk of Champions plan, which includes a new athletics aquatic center amongst other projects to renovate Gaucho athletic facilities. He will also manage ticketing, guest services and game-day operations for all 20 Gaucho sports, in addition to handling the program’s communicative efforts with campus police, parking services and concessions.

Prior to the eight years he spent at USD, Fee spent seven years at Arizona State in athletics facilities and operations.
